Let me hear you say, this shi* is BANANAS – B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

Now who doesn’t buy a bunch of bananas and then at the end of week realize that you have 2-3 bananas that are so ripe you cannot eat them? ME! ME! Happens all the time at the ABRAHAM household! Next time it happens, DO NOT throw the bananas away! I have SO many recipes for you! Banana bread, Banana muffins, Banana-Nutella bread and so much more. But this is absolutely the EASIEST recipe there is. You only need ONE ingredient, BANANAS! How much easier can you get?

Ingredients: See below, these ripe ole’ bananas that one would throw away… NOT this gal!!

BananaIcecream1Peel and put them in a container and throw ‘em in the freezer.BananaIcecream2

If you are like me, you will forget you put them in there for 5-6 days but 1-2 days should freeze those puppies up.

Throw them in a blender or food processor.

Blend… keep blending….don’t stop, keep blending…. VOILA! Like magic, it will have the consistency of ice cream! You can add anything like your home-made peanut butter or chocolate chips… whatever your heart desires. I make it with no mix-ins. It is a very healthy dessert that tricks everyone into thinking they are eating a decadent dessert! WIN-WIN for everyone!
