Buffalo Chicken Dip

Holiday season is just around the corner…. what does that mean??? POTLUCKs! Potlucks can be such a stress if you don’t know what to make or bring. Who wouldn’t want to be the star of the pot luck and be proud to say that they MADE the dish? This recipe is sure to be the one that makes you a HIT! I guarantee people will be licking it off of their plates! I mean just the combination of cream cheese, ranch, and cheese—- how can you go wrong with that??

You may have to go to the grocery store for this dish— but don’t worry, it is SO EASY that you will have time to play with the kiddos afterwards! (or get a manicure/pedicure 🙂 ) You will need a rotisserie chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce (I use Frank’s Red Hot), ranch, cheddar cheese, and scallions.

Start off by Preheating your oven to 350 degrees.

Shred your rotisserie chicken and place it in a bowl with your cream cheese, ranch, hot sauce, and cheese. Mix thorougly until combined. Transfer into a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until melty and bubbly.

You can serve dip with celery, carrots, chips, or Ritz crackers. I have made this multiple times and I have done it many ways— all are amazing and will not disappoint! I made mine this time with celery so I chopped up my celery. Chop up your scallions as well.

FINAL PRODUCT! Top the dip with scallions or place scallions in a bowl so people can take it if they want it.

I am serious, people will LOVE this dip! It is FOOL PROOF!

***If I am making this for work, I have everything ready for me in the baking pan the night before and place it in the fridge. In the morning, while I am getting ready,  I pop it in the oven and it’s fresh for my pot luck. I cannot live without multitasking and saving time! ****
